The hotel has a fun and fresh vibe with comfortable beds and great breakfast options, including delicious waffle boats. While the room was very clean, the lack of a dresser was disappointing, and water from the shower leaked onto the floor due to a poor design.

Great spot for families

The hotel was nice, and the people were friendly. They really went out of their way to make sure my kids had a good time, even offering a free breakfast for the little ones. The play area was a hit, they loved it!

But it wasn’t exactly cheap, you know what I mean, but still acceptable.

Great Stay with a Couple of Setbacks

The room was refreshingly clean and modern, and the friendly staff made checking in a breeze. I particularly enjoyed the unique reading areas in the lobby which offered cozy spots to unwind. On the downside, breakfast options could have been better. some items were missing and the food was occasionally not kept warm.

The friendly front desk agent made us feel welcome, quickly accommodating our request for extra pillows. A highlight was the clean and spacious King Room, which featured a surprisingly rare bathtub. The breakfast spread stood out with fresh, hot options, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel exceeded our expectations, despite some online reviews. It’s a great choice for families looking for comfort and quality.

We spent 2 nights and absolutely loved the amazing breakfast and the cleanliness of everything. I’d definitely stay again!

Great for families with children

The staff is excellent and very friendly, especially a clerk named Jackie who went above and beyond when we had a noisy situation next door. Also loved the foosball tables in the lobby, kids had a blast.

It wasn't inexpensive but we found it acceptable for a family trip.

Can recommend for getting around area

Clean room, friendly staff, with a nice breakfast spread. everything was fresh and hot, and the nearby off-site car park made it easy to explore the area without hassle.

If you're a foodie this place is close to killer spots like Texas Roadhouse for drool-worthy ribs or a slice from Pizza Hut that won't break the bank. The King Room was comfy too, with nice soap for a little pampering!

I found Tru By Hilton Jackson to be bright and modern, with excellent accessibility features that made my stay comfortable. The spacious room had good lighting, and I appreciated the easy-to-navigate layout designed with seniors in mind.

The room layout lacked practical storage. a distinct absence of drawers made unpacking a hassle. My clothes hung awkwardly over the microwave, and without a coffee pot in the room, morning caffeine was a challenge. Additionally, the room carried an unpleasant smell, possibly from the room below. The hotel is located quite far from several points of interest, which may pose challenges for those relying on public transport or for short trips.
